Brazil has abundant renewable energy, a deep industrial tradition and journeys that often stretch far beyond a city limit. Yet electric mobility was rarely designed around those realities.
LUMA began with a simple question from three engineers connected to the Campinas research community: what would an electric vehicle look like if it started with Brazil—not an adaptation imported at the end?
